Managing Stress & Anxiety In Our Covid-19 World

Covid-19 has forever changed the landscape of how we live our lives. There’s no aspect of our lives that have not been affected. It’s almost impossible to escape news updates about the virus as we are constantly learning new things all the time. Overexposure to this information, is causing so much stress and anxiety in all of us. Many of us are required to shelter-in-place, with children and spouses at home, which only increases our stress level.

For many people, the uncertainty surrounding covid-19 is the hardest thing to handle. We don’t know how exactly we’ll be impacted or how bad things might get. And that makes it all too easy to catastrophize and spiral out into overwhelming dread and panic.

In this month’s Manfulness Living gathering, we are going to explore ways that you can not only manage but overcome these stressful circumstances. With proven processes and exercises, you will:

  • Explore the underlying fears and concerns you may be having
  • Understand how the process of stress and anxiety works
  • Learn new ways of managing stress and anxiety
  • Be able to live a more fulfilled, meaningful life in this current environment
